  • The series explores the intricate beauty that exists in nature and how people should stop, observe our surrounds and realise how delicately balanced nature is. Shot with a 5’4 camera in my studio.

  • This was taken in February 2008, in an urban street in Caulfield North, Melbourne. There was a beautiful garden full of enormous sunflowers, which was a sight to behold. This was one of them.

  • My inspiration for this shot was this. It was late afternoon and the sun was shining through the leaves of my mountain ash tree at the other end of my backyard. Most of this part of the garden was in shadow except for this one bright daisy that seemed to have the spotlight from a ray of sun through the leaves right on it as if it was chosen for something special. I had to capture this moment. A good lesson on procrastination. Each moment is special and once gone cannot be recaptured. Don’t wait…..do it now.
