Here is a photo of my little girl with her best friend still from my very girly series. I really liked the finished photo because to me it shows that a friendship would be the same 100 years ago as it is today.. Quite timeless so I would love to hear some feedback :o) Basia

I am really sick of winter, however today I was in my yard and spotted a few blossoms opening up on the tree by the side of the road. I couldn’t help my self but take some photos and dream of spring….. The back ground is just the sky.. I actually have 2 more images that I also like so I might put them up and see how they go :o)

Saltspring Island, just off Vancouver Island, is a peaceful spot to go to simply enjoy the beauty of the water, the sea birds, and the fir trees. And the Northwest’s plants are in their glory there! A lovely geranium with the most wonderful scent coming from its leaves if touched.. .. lovely in a pot near a path or doorway so you brush against it.. The little pink petals can be candied and used to decorate jellies and sorbets too (havent tried that yet..)
