Our innocence isn’t lost / the day we yield to lust / it ceases when you choose / to smash your dreams to dust
I took this image of a Bleeding Hearts plant in our garden. The Bleeding Heart is a stunning flower, but doesn’t stay in bloom for long. A bit like love I suppose. Fleeting and ethereal. If you experience it, enjoy every second! Shot with my Canon EOS 350D and 60mm macro lens at f2.8 for 1/60 second at ISO200
Digitally enhanced photo of the bleeding heart plant
This is a beautiful photograph of bleeding hearts.
Just an idea from a while back.
take my aching heart that bleeds / its chewed , destroyed / no longer needs / it serves no purpose anymore / stop beating i ask / as with each…
emotions appear to rule my very being / they can uplift and explode …..implode and destroy all that i ever was or will be
this last weekend, the Nordkette Down Hill competition took place on the Nordpark downhill track above Innsbruck. / It was the major testrun for next year’s Austrian Downhill Championship, and I think it went quite well. The Nordpark DH track is one of the most spectacular ones in Europe and only the best of the best get down without bigger problems and a respectable time. This is a four shot combination of a rider jumping “The House 2.0” the last bigger obstacle before reaching the finish line. Photos were taken during Saturday’s seeding runs Canon EOS 40D / Sigma 10-20 EX DC HSM @16mm / aperture priority
Same work, just with bleed.
