My dad asked me to paint seagulls on his painting, because he liked the bird I painted in the past. / Animals / Birds / Drawings / Flowers / Water / Holiday / Paintings / Sunsets / Autumn
This particular daffy stood out for me in the original photo, he seemed to be reaching for an extra share of sunlight over his buddies. Thanks to young Merv at Camera Club tonight, I finally figured out how to make it look the way I wanted it to. Watching the Trains
Taking a break from the Capriccios while I decide if the series is complete. / I painted the house years earlier than I got the new ink. / In light that I consider myself fairly perceptive I did not see the similarity between the walls and my skin for months after.
Enjoy!!! _

The morning sun shining thru the tree in Churchill Drive Park in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada in late October MY BUBBLESITE
The world is about to end because of global warming. Temperatures are soaring, ice is melting, glaciers are retreating, seas are rising, and we’re all going to fry. We’re all up to here with worry about it. The Royal Society says there’s no longer any room for scientific doubt about it. Britain’s Chief Scientist says it’s a bigger threat than global terrorism. / Every global warming sceptic is denounced as clinically insane. Every developed nation wags its finger at every other (well, ok then, at America) and tells it to Emit Less. Every politician and B-list celebrity now anxiously measures his or her carbon footprint. Every British schoolchild is now drilled to believe that man-made global warming is a Fact along with poverty and the existence of Belgium. It’s a wonder any of us has any incentive to get up in the morning. :) Online Galleries: / Surrealism art prints / 2d3d graphic design software / 3ds models max software

small, sad flower for a missing friend
The listless sun deceived our farewell, / boats were leaving like flies, / birds puckered up like toothless mouths / and fell stiff and dead from the heavens. When I was alone under the yellow sky / where my eyes were ripping up rags, / I turned out my pockets / in the hope of finding an exile companion. There was nothing in them / nothing but dust from the roads, / nothing but roads of misery, / nothing but dead queens nailed to wooden beams. (René Daumal)
I throw these words to you / through miles of silence dry words / striking your high wall / and changing there / lifting and spilling more abundantly / than winged pine seeds / in the winter air (Grace Perry)
The long shadows kind of remind me of ghouls and goblins…. Joshua Tree, CA

This photo was captured in a dark, narrow, and quiet corridor in Angkor Wat. I have several photos of this man- but this is the first and only one he didn’t pose for. Nov 09 more than 580 views!
