From August – September we have fields of gold surrounding us right through to the dead heads last year until the beginning of december! The seeds are a great income to our local farmers, that and Rape so we really are more yellow than green most of the year :) This photo was taken near my friends house in Messé just outside of St.Soline Canon 350d / 33mm focal / f/14 / 1/320 seconds / iso 400 Desaturated image and layered using paintshop pro 12 fiddly stuff this one – thought it was going to be easy!!
