I just got the film developed last week … hmmm, I should be careful about that light rays from the right hand side of the lens.   • This is a shot that i took in at federation square inside the building, this is my first piece ever since finishing school, so I have had a bit of time to do so i hope you enjoy…..

  • You know the grips in a water bottle… well that’s what this is. I took the aquafina label off, and put some colorful wrapping paper behind it. There was a few bubbles in the water, which looked cool with the texture of the bottle. It looks like a droplet continuously dropping into a puddle to me…haha. Enjoy! I used my 105mm macro lens for this.

  • You’re always taking photos of me. I was visiting friends and taking lots of shots of their almost-five-year old and his newborn baby brother. He was a very willing subject, but I think by the time I took this photo the novelty of all the attention had worn off a little. But that meant I got more candid shots. I prefer real moments to self-conscious poses. Nikon D60 with Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 lens. June 2009.   • Townsville’s tropical trees are twisted, tangled and photogenic. I came across one huge tree with dozens of trunks entwining. I couldn’t stop snapping. Some of the shots turned out spooky and mysterious. I think that tree had me under its spell… Nikon D60 with Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 lens. May 2009.
