I was asked to take some photos very late into her pregancy. I arrived bright and early to be informed that she had started having contractions the evening before. Talk about cutting it close! I thought she did a fantasic job of looking calm and relaxed!

This pic I could not resist taking because the light was just right. The Eye in the background is another pic of myself that I photo shopped in. I thought that the closed eyes with the open eye in the background gave it a nice effect as well as using B&W. Directly below is the image before I photoshopped the eye in the bkgrnd.

I’ve bought six new IKEA glasses but one of them got broken when I washed it for the first time. Of course, I wouldn’t just throw it away, as well as my daughter couldn’t throw away a Camellia blossom she has found fallen at the ground two days later… / I believe these two imperfect subjects made a perfect combination.
