another photo from my nightly tour to the Olympic Stadion in Innsbruck. Innsbruck hosted the Olympic Winter Games twice, in 1964 and 1976. The Olympic Rings, probably the symbol for the Olympic Games, can be found at quite some spots around the city, and a number of buildings or streets still bear the name Olympia…. anyway, by now the Olympic Hockey Stadion has seen its best days some time ago and looks somewhat run-down, even though it was complety redecorated some years ago. still, i lke the display of the Olympic Symbol on the glass front, and at night this makes for a nice motive…

Model – Jess Jess was featured briefly in the Fields of Joy series. But she is back for more. And I do have several shoots scheduled with her, but this is just a taste of more to come. Also, as pointed out to me, Jess looks a lot like Jane Birkin.

I’ve been consumed with a large project that I have been asked to have a large part in. I’ve been asked to create the advertising piece for, and photograph a large bridal show that will occur in less then three months. The client wants something different and unique, the props I was give in the end did not work for the client, so i am currently waiting for more props to arrive. In the mean time I’m eating, breathing, and sleeping in the studio, wracking my brain for some sort of creativity. As per usual when the pressure is on my creativity went sphllaaat! So i decided to get back to the basics in hopes that some fantastically amazing and creative idea would up and smack me in the forehead. So far no such luck.. but i know its in there somewhere! Starting thursday I shall be out of town for several shoots, I will be gone for about 5 days, i realized today that I will be in the big city at the same time as the Grey cup, which is going to make getting anywhere horrendous but oh so much fun. I’m hoping to take an evening jaunt up the Calgary tower for some night shots :)
