I just pressed the button ;-) Inspire children is part of our mission, giving them a voice is our duty… All proceeds from sales of pictures will go to the child art education project of Art in All of Us (WWW.ARTINALLOFUS.ORG) /

  • São Tomé and Príncipe is an island nation in the Gulf of Guinea, off the western equatorial coast of Africa. It consists of two islands: São Tomé and Príncipe, located about 140 kilometres off of the north-western coast of Gabon. Both islands are part of an extinct volcanic mountain range. / I really enjoyed working there…. It is probably one of my favourite in Africa. It has a wonderful Brazilian touch…. And it is pretty untouched….. if you are lucky to get there one day, please leave the way it was…. / I am really sad to see how in too many countries tourism has destroyed the village, the people and more…. / It is also one of the some African countries were people really value their place and would not fly away to the “American dream” or “European Eldorado”. All proceeds from sales of pictures will go to the child art education project of Art in All of Us (WWW.ARTINALLOFUS.ORG)

  • Pointed and clickd when I was crossing a road – very happy with the outcome

  • KUMARJI .. WAS ON MY MIND WHEN I CREATED THIS.. / A VISIT TO INIDA.. I WOULD BE IN HEAVEN… HE WOULD SHOW ME ALL THE FINE PLACES TO DINE AS WELL AS THE SAFE…AMAZING STREET SHOPS.. / KUMARJI.. THIIS ONES FOR YOU!! / OUR MUSIC KUMARJI… MY FAV SONG FOR YOU apparently Kumarji was inspired too.. below is one of his wonderful chapters from his book… this chapter he called An old fashioned elevator and I love it! The Riviera Hotel, Dubai, May, 1987 The motorized elevator mesh doors began to screech and clang to close automatically, one after the other. First the one fixed to the floor level and then the one fixed to the elevator. This contraption did not seem as dangerous to me, compared to the ones I’ve seen where you need to grab the grip with both hands, put all your might into sliding the mesh doors to close and then you can wipe all that sweat off your foreheads in the heat of summer afternoons in this desert town as well as back home in India. But this was almost midnight, quite nippy and very pleasant as the sands in the desert tend to cool as we progress into the night. Unmindful of waking up the entire hotel, I’d decided to ignore the staircase. I was far too drunk and too happy to notice that there was someone else in the elevator as well until, I ‘heard’ the movement. This seemed unusual. But I remained, just the way I was. Facing the doors, instead of turning around to see if this was a familiar guest or someone I knew. “Do you have a spare cigarette” I heard a male voice say, rather than ask. I also noticed that he’d chosen to ignore adding ‘please’ at the end of his request. But his voice sounded familiarly commanding to me. Like coming from someone I knew from the past and someone who’s used to speaking with a characteristic authority. Without turning around, I pulled out my pack of Marlborough reds and my lighter. Just as I was about to turnaround to hand him his desire, I felt his hand on my left shoulder and I stiffened. I heard him laugh. “Sonoovabitch!” he said, his laugh turning into a roar. And I turned around. “You mothafuckah!” I replied and we both burst out laughing together. Soon we lit up our cigarettes while letting out our unanimous billows of smoke through our grins, teeth and nostrils as we hugged each other. “So you’re screwing Hasina these days…eh!” he informed me. Rather than asking me. No Joseph I replied. Which also was the truth. “It is she, and I love her” I said. Realizing this for the first time, myself…and I received all the answers that I needed from my life that night… “Now would you like to press that button for ground floor! Or are we gonna stand here in this elevator for all night long?” I said.. PLEASE VIEW LARGE Here’s the thought: “what would it be like to enter an elevator and get all of lifes questions answered…. you know the old fashion type of elevator.. with the pull metal door that perhaps now you only find in freight elevators… I have been and will be working on a images that I plan to use as a series for sale as art and as a book. Elevator Instructions…Have a peek at the others.. ELEVATOR INSTRUCTIONS… BOOK 1..How to Live / ELEVATOR INSTRUCTIONS… How To Avoid Alienation / ELEVATOR INSTRUCTIONS… When Dad Leaves / ELEVATOR INSTRUCTIONS… On Loving Lifetimes / ELEVATOR INSTRUCTIONS… On Becoming Enlightened / ELEVATOR INSTRUCTIONS… On Dining Out / ELEVATOR INSTRUCTIONS… On Being Naked / ELEVATOR INSTRUCTIONS…On What Is Evil

  • This is a re-work of my Scruffy picture I took of her 3 days after I found her abandoned on the “campo” scared and alone. Nikon D40 18-55mm I think she must have been thrown out at night as she is terrified of going into our back garden at night (our spotlight is broken!) and just cowers on the grass in fear and refuses to go to the toilet! Anyway whilst RB was down the other day I did a bit of playing on PSP and this was one of the images I played with!!! TEXTURE /

  • PLEASE READ THIS. Taken in remote Nigeria. I and the team were waiting for the ferry to cross then Nile and continue our long journey to Tunga Zuga Village in kebbe state. Often my work as a missionary, working with extreme poor and sick children can be very emotional.Tears of sorrow and heartbreak, desperation and frustration overwhelm me as I and the small mission team do what we can with the little we have to help. yet there are times like this one when there is joy and happiness as I see people and scenes of great beauty. Truly God has blessed me with a wonderful life. I have never had the joy of owning my own home, or having a nice car or wealth. yet I am so happy to have a relationship with Jesus.God supplies all my needs, and I have travelled with God to many villages and he has blessed many. Life is more than a job,Career, wealth or designer cloths. Life is living in Gods presence everyday and experiencing his love and peace. Life for me is doing what is in Gods heart and that is helping the extreme poor. My Inspiration and passion is from God. I Live for him and he lives through me. I have been on mission and not a penny in my pocket, yet my heavenly father has met my needs, concerning Food, lodging, travel and covered all expenses. One one occasion, he sent an angel to pay my hotel bill. While in India The Lord moved me so much to travel overnight on a train, a day early to return to London. If I had not obeyed his leading, I would have been killed in a terrorist bombing. Its a wonderful Life with God. ALL PROCEEDS FROM SALE OF MY ART,OR MONEY DONATED VIA OUR CHARITY MISSION WEBSITE, GOES TO HELP EXTREME POOR AND SICK IN REMOTE AND ISOLATED VILLAGES IN AFRICA.
