I found this on the foreshore at Geelong and I could see a very strong statement of unity here !!!

Hungry Alaskan brown bears congregate at the Brooks Falls in Katmai National Park during the salmon season. As salmon by the thousands swim upstream and jump the falls, the bears jockey for the best position to catch the flying fish in order to fatten themselves for the long Alaskan winter. The best of the fishing bears simply skin the fish to eat all the subcutaneous fat, then drop the fish into the river where younger bears and gulls feast on the remains. A Meditation in Black and Light When we awaken / what do we hope to find / but love and beauty? Will comprehension become / second nature— / A mother’s kiss on a baby’s skin? We hold a wish / such understanding exists. / Lines fading into oneness. Faith in an inner wisdom— / A peace / with what is. MAMMOTH HOT SPRINGS, YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK
Located near Campe Verde, Arizona. It is the remains of a 5 story, 20 room cliff dwelling built by the Pre-Columbian Sinagua people around 1400 A.D.

This was in the grounds of the Kingston Lacy estate near Wimborne, Dorset. / Having metal wheels, the structure resembles and old railway goods wagon and an old Romany caravan. / The door was wooden, along with the small window frame, but the rest of it was corrugated iron. / My theory of what it is, is a caravan for a traction engine, that they tow around to different fairs. Can someone come up with a more realistic answer please? Hope you like it. / Thank you for looking. Best Viewed Large.

Looking up Swaledale towards Gunnerside in the North Yorkshire Dales. Here you can see the divide along the center of the valley created by the sun as it rises just above the sides of the fell. The contrast between the light and dark is so strong in this winter sun as it floods the far side, while winter’s grip of snow and frost holds still in the shadow land. Taken at Black Sand Basin, Yellowstone National Park. / The park lies for the most part in the caldera of one of the worlds largest super volcanoes. The landscape is constantly changing, with thermal pools, geysers, steam vents and other features. Nikon D300, Tokina 12-24mm, circ polorizer
One of the steepest, darkest, and most rugged of canyons, Black Canyon is / made by the Gunnison River as it flows through hard ancient rock at the western edge of the Rocky Mountains, on its way to joining the Colorado River in Grand Junction, CO. / The Canyon walls are composed of volcanic schist, predominately black in color (hence the canyon’s name) and as the gorge reaches depths of over 2,000 feet while often being only 1,500 across, sunlight illuminates the walls only briefly. It is unsettling….almost frightening to stand at the very edge of one of the canyon over looks, such is the menace and sheerness of the jagged rocks below. A new National Park: On October 21st, l999, Black Canyon was upgraded in status from national monument, and became America’s 55th National Park, and the nation’s 3rd smallest. / (_ camera: Fuji S-700_)
