Dedicated to my father who passed away 9/15/08. Ephemeral: Lasting only one day. Lasting a very short time. I created this using various old images I had laying around and played with it in Photoshop. I almost feel like I should have a poem written for this piece, but alas, i am not a writer! This piece was featured in PixElations-The Art of Photography, The Graphic Room-Graphic and Digital Art and the Live, Love, Dream group as the Top Feature Piece of the Day – 9/5/08. This piece also took 1st place in the Live, Love, Dream’s Editing Frenzy Compitetion THANK YOU!! “

Im a big Amy fan. Been wanting to design something for a while. This started life has a caricature but I think it looks better like this. Looks best on a light shirt, but you do get some intresting effects on the darker colours. ALSO CHECK OUT MY OTHER T-SHIRTS

The eye is one of those universal images we all drawn to. When shown in an anatomical sense rather than belonging to a face there is a strange disconnect.

This stencil was created in early 2008 inspired by fashion photography and damp cold London. Recently cut stencil with one layer from an older stencil of a zebra in pink on her dress, with hand drawn cobbled stones. The canvas itself is 3 times in length this is just a mere snap shot of the original piece. This piece is 1 of 3, utilising the same same stencil and composition of works I’ve posted on Red Bubble at the moment. The other is ‘snow and umbrella’ and ‘rain birds’

I love hornets, I don’t like being around them but I’ve always thought that there are much worse jobs if you have to be reincarnated as an insect. / Nobody messes with a hornet. I was thinking of the Book of Kells when I got the idea for this. I worked for about a month burying small details in it so it’d be a decent conversation piece. 100% from scratch in 3DsMax and PS Image copyright © 2008 Simon Deevy.
