A photograph…..printed and drawn over and photographed again….shadow added. These are some of the creative things my daughters and I like to do, she is going away to sixth grade camp on October 31 st. so she will miss out on “trick or treating” but there are some more projects we plan to do before she goes.

Taking a break from the Capriccios while I decide if the series is complete. / I painted the house years earlier than I got the new ink. / In light that I consider myself fairly perceptive I did not see the similarity between the walls and my skin for months after.

This is the censored version as i was unsure as to the parameters of Redbubble’s ‘inappropriate content’ policy, im still not sure if this version should be deemed ‘appropriate’ but it’s part of the series so hopefully im safe! Quick line drawing with ink using a fairly big brush. When I stood back and looked at the finished product I noticed she had wings. The model particularly liked this drawing, and that always means so much to me.

/ this started out as just another doodle but as it was forming I began to see this poor,little old man with his eyes closed.perhaps thinking of times passed by and yet holding his head high as cruel time starts to dwindle away…. pencil on medium tooth paper-color and texture added in PS CS.
