Is it flying through space or peering through a macro lens? I can’t really explain what I feel about this one. It kind of creeps me out. But I really really love it, feel a part of it. Please see my Etsy listing for this image – and purchase a pearlescent metallic print of this beautiful photograph!

This is one of my personal faves. It was taken about 20 minutes after the Blue Wet Zebra. / The clouds were dark, the sky was colourful. / As i was fiddling with the cam, the sun came up like this! And the window was still dripping in a cool way. / I like this, coz it got my favourite colours in it!! As is! / 928 views / A bit abstract isnt it. Best viewed LARGE! The detail of the water drops is quite cool Featured in the Experimental Photography and Editing group!!! / !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was having my coffee this morning on the balcony while watching the rain and it gave me an idea so here it is! This was taken of the rain coming down on the balcony balustrade with the clouds in the background. I know that there are lots of amazing captures of splashes here on RB but this image really wasn’t about the splash, to me, it was more about the capture of morning rain. …and weightlessness. I’ve been pondering these opposing yet complementary forces lately, looking at their effects on our minds, bodies and spirits while experimenting with capturing movement. I especially like the way the early evening half moon shines brightly through the figure in this one. Thank you for visiting… Featured in The Woman Photographer Featured in Beauty of the Human Body
