This picture is part of a series of pictures taken by me during the summer of 2007. This photograph was taken in Arches National Park located in Utah. This was a fallen tree that i found quite interesting. In the picture you can see the gray tree laying on its side all dried up from the desert sun. To me, the branches reaching up towards the sky symbolize arms reaching and wishing for the rains to come.
