For my friends and lovers of my WILDLIFE work, in case if you WONDER what happen to my WILDLIFE IMAGES (and no i am not running away from truth)i have hidden them…..due to the fact that i was singled out and ordered to prove each of my images that they are indeed shot in wildlife…. / I have a life outside REDBUBBLE and at the moment i am doing galery show and that comes first…my work is my life outside redbubble…..i am at the show 13 hours a day and at the end of the day i am tired…to do anything…I have given time till end of july and that is impossible…...I have show after show….Some of these images are on DVD in my safe and i might not have them immediately available but i will…And also i only have 10,000 images in my collection and i have to sift through…Imagine .. / I will be bringing images back few at the time as i go…and prove to redbubble that they are wildife images and not in captivity…. / I beleive in my opinion this is discriminating and unreasonable on RB part….but i am willing to go along…with it…....because i dont want to disapoint my fans and friends…. / How one can document this Image ? And how this is outrages to document when its clear this coudnt possibly be zoo or captivity shot….and many more that i have..Bears cubs climing the tree is in captivity?.....Oh well how much more would be asked from me?Its radiculous that i even consider doing this….But due to many friends and supporters here on RB i will…for the love of all of you… / HOW one can Doubt this and question if it is in captivity Just so u all know what has been developed…and not wonder what happen…. Sharp Images!

Hi! I keep getting the question: How can you get such sharp, close-up images using just a 200mm lens? At the suggestion of my friend, Larry LLewellyn, I will reveal my secrets. First of all, I always use a tripod. At my old age, I am too shaky not to use one. But the real secret is in attracting the birds. Here is what I did. / 1. I made a pole feeder. Sizes are arbitrary, but I will give the sizes used. The pole is about three feet long and about 6-8 inches in diameter. I hollowed out three depressions, about three inches in diameter and two inches deep. I fill two of the depressions with suet. In the third depression, I chop up some raw peanuts and mix it in plain peanut butter, and fill in the third depression. I mounted the pole on a steel pipe, and embedded it in a bucket of concrete. That way, the feeder is portable. The birds love it and flock to it. I swear, some even peck on my door when I run out of suet and peanut butter. / 2. I made a blind. I used PVC pipe, made a rectangle about six feet by three feet by two feet deep. I covered the blind with camo netting. Once the birds got used to it (several days), I can place the blind within 6 feet of the feeder, and the birds do not mind. In fact, they will even sit on the blind while I am in it. So, there are my secrets. Give them a try, see if they don’t work. Happy shooting. Let me know how you do. If you have any further questions, bubble me!

Jesus He called my name. / For all who are Christian, those who have been born again and received Jesus as lord and Saviour, there was a time when you heard Jesus Call your name. A time when you knew that The Lord loved you and wanted your heart. This is what I mean when I say He called my name. for those who have read my personal testimony, you will know that he called my name. When I was a chronic Alcoholic, gambler and one who practiced witchcraft. *. Due to the requests of friends I have met via Redbubble, I have decided to share with you, how the lord called me to serve him in Africa. A call to service. [As the Lord lives and is true and holy, I certify that what you are about to read is a true account of how Jesus called me into Missionary Service. This is still as fresh in my memory today as it was when this incredible event took place in my life] On Friday 26th August 1994, I was troubled in my spirit all day. I sat and watched Television and read a book, but yet I felt God wanted to speak to me, but I did not know what he wanted. So my wife said to me that I should just go to the park and pray. It was 6.05pm in the evening when I arrived at the park, and I parked my car and started to walk around the park. / I was walking and looking at the swans on the pond and praying at the same time. Then with not warning at all, I became aware that someone was walking close behind me. I did not look back, but knew someone was behind me. I continued walking along a narrow footpath and as I did I felt a person’s hand holding mine. There was no fear or indeed nay desire to look to see who this was that was holding my right hand. / It was very strange looking back now to why I did not want to see who it was. This would have been anyone’s reaction at the time. I felt warm and at peace, not knowing that It was *Jesus who was the one actually holding my hand. I was Praying in the Spirit [speaking to God in the gift of tongues]. Then Jesus said my name, Trevor. It was the softness and Love in his voice that caused me to look and as I say my Masters face, I knew that It was him. He did not need to tell me it was Jesus. When Jesus comes to you my friend, you won’t need any introduction or explanation, for you will know it is the King of kings that has called your name. In an instant tears my friend flowed down my face, and I was crying like I have never cried before. My emotions were overwhelmed with sadness and sorrow, because his eyes were filled with tears also and he was quietly weeping. Here was my Jesus holding my hand and he was crying. I could not understand why I was not jubilant with Joy. His sorrow pierced my very fibre of my being. By now, I was transported away from all consciousness of being in the park on a bright summer evening and we were in a dark place. The Only way I can describe this pace is to use a well as an example. Imagine a deep round stone well, empty, and you are at the bottom of it. It is very round and very wide. So can hardly see the other side of it, and you can just make out the huge stones that form the round sides of it. It’s dark at the bottom and you cannot see any light, except the light that emanates from Jesus Garments. This is how it seemed at that point. As I Gazed into his face, he spoke these words to me. / “Trevor, My Son, I want to show you something, do not be afraid my son for I am with you”. There was a short silence as these words took hold of me. He gently squeezed my hand and began to walk forward in this dark place. As we went forward, he was still weeping, and I could hear voices in the distance and different kinds of noises, like doors opening and closing, and A smell that I had never experienced before. I was crying as the Passion and sorrow of Jesus seemed to flow into my heart. It was so hard to carry such sadness and I have never experienced this before or after. Then I began to see people at my left side and all were chained to the walls and terrible sores were all over them, and all were shouting things at Jesus. I could not make out what they were saying, but Jesus was crying and weeping. The smell was terrible and there were some that when they say him cried as well. As we went forward the light that was so white lit up the side and a little ahead. The place was so big and wide I could not see the other ends. Then he again spoke to me “Trevor my Son, Do not be afraid”. I was scared, but his words just melted away any fears I had. We then came to a place where I saw am Casket alone and as we walked pass, a man spoke and said “Jesus, Why have you let me come here?. Jesus with tears answered him and said “Judgement has been set”. Again the man shouted at him and started to explain to Jesus that he was a pastor and that all his life he served Jesus and Preached and give to those in need. Jesus said again to him, “Judgement has been set”. All the time Jesus was weeping and I was looking at Jesus all the time, and I never did see te man, but knew he was a man, because of his voice. Again the man pleaded with Jesus and told him many other good things he had done and as he was talking, Jesus raised his other hand and stopped the man from speaking. Then Jesus said to the man, “ I sent you warnings, I sent messengers to warn you and you did not repent, for the woman you slept with was not the wife I had given you, and you died in your sins, therefore Judgement has been set”. Jesus was very sad, and began to lead me further into this dark and cold place. Then we came to another place like a very large open place with walls so thick and wide and there were like empty prison cells all around. One cell stacked upon another and I could not see where they ended, and they were so high. The Jesus knelt down on his knees and was now crying and I could feel his body shaking. All this time he was still holding my right hand. I stood beside him with tears flowing down my face and my heart was breaking with compassion and sadness for my Lovely Lord Jesus. I then knelt down beside him and wanted to hold him close, but I was so troubled to see My Lord cry like this. Then I asked him the only question I asked through all of this. “Lord, why are you crying, there is nobody here?. In what seemed like a long time we both cried and cried. Then still kneeling, Jesus looked deep into my eyes and said, / “This Place is prepared for all those who do not know my name”. / As I looked all around, I now could hear screams and fluttering wings and rustlings above our heads high above where we were. I saw in the darkness shadows of what I can only describe as winged demons, hellish beings flying about. Jesus was weeping so hard and as he stood up, I was still on my knees. He looked into my face and said to me “My Son, Go to Africa, to the villages and proclaim my name among the people, Go tell them who I am and that I love them, and I will be with you each step you take” Then Again suddenly, as if no time passed, I was back in the park. The first thing I became aware of was that I could not feel his hand in mine. I cried and begged him to come back again, and I remember saying Lord there is so much I want to ask you. The Holy Spirit then opened the eyes of my understanding and I realised that God had allowed me to have a vision where Jesus came and called my name. Where he had appeared to me and called me for service. I was deeply shaken and all they way back to my car, I was worshipping my lord in tongues [heavenly Language]. How I drove home, I do not know, and as I told my wife and we both just praised God and give thanks. I told my pastor the following day Saturday 27th August 1994, and the response are you sure it was Jesus. I was upset and few in the church the following day had any encouragement. So On Monday 27th August 1994 I went to my local travel agent and asked how much a ticket would be for Uganda. As a boy in School we had a visiting teacher from Uganda. I marvelled at the little round huts they lived in and the photographs she showed us was amazing. So I settled it that Uganda was the place God wanted me to go. The ticket was £530.00. I had no money so I sold my car. I was determined to get to where Jesus sent me and do what he told me to do. All this time and even now. I still see my Lord and the love in his beautiful eyes. Yes I still cry and know someday I will be with him forever. I Got the exact money from the sale of my car. It was then that the Church saw that I was committed to following my lords Commission. A Little money came in and I went to Africa on Saturday 24th September 1994. I arrived in a country where I knew nobody. I asked the taxi driver at Entebbe airport to take to a Christian Guesthouse. He took me to marimba Guest house. That evening as I lay alone in my little room, a house girl knocked my door. She asked if I would like to attend a church. I was so happy. The following Day I who knew nobody was preaching to a Church of Over 2000 people. That evening I was speaking at Chief of Police Wedding anniversary, and in that audience were Government officials, and others. The following week I was given a small house to live in free of charge, a Vehicle and driver, and the mission to extreme poo and isolated villages was born. Since that time I have dedicated my whole life to Preaching the Gospel in remote areas of Africa, South India and have never had a salary. I have trusted and depended on God to meet my needs and that of my family. There have been and still are difficulties in rising the cost of Travel, But God always blesses me with Good people whom he has given a passion and heart to pray for these precious children and to sow financially into his work. This is how the Lord called me to service. I pray It will bless and inspire you. Thank you to all who have asked me how God called me to be a missionary without having a job to fund it. * [COMMON ENGLISH BIBLE] Even before I was born, the LORD God chose me to serve him and to lead back the people So the LORD has honoured me and made me strong. I did a tally. I have photographed around 220 species of Australian wildlife / (including more than 190 species of bird!). / All found and photographed in the wild over the last couple years. Yet I consider myself a novice ‘birder’ and don’t even use binoculars / to help me locate species. Recipe: research + petrol + walking + luck! / (add in some flies, dust and corrugated roads for good measure) To me there are few things more satisfying than travelling and exploring / new places then finding new species to add to my photo collection. / Australia has such an amazing variety of wildlife out there! Our travels have included wetlands, coastal areas, mallee scrub, / woodland and forests. Day trips or longer trips that can see us camping / in the car and ‘roughing it’ for a few days at a time. / I love it – each trip is a bit of an adventure. I am pleased to present a range of my wildlife images here on / Redbubble, available as cards and prints for purchase. / click here to view above images and many more A portion of sales will be donated to wildlife conservation or rescue. / If you see something on my other sites that you would like to see / offered as a card, print or t-shirt here on Redbubble, drop me a line! / Thanks for looking ~ enjoy our wildlife! things are going well in the ‘lev tolstoi experience’. the soups are authentic and the conversation revolves mainly about the good old days when a guy called stalin sorted everyone out, and miracles still happened at the local tuberculosis hospital. but there was a disturbing development in the kitchen over the weekend. basically, its a chicken. a sick chicken. its being incubated in the kitchen. natural place to isolate it from its dozen brethren, (sistren?) and warm it back to health. its put me right off sex. been there for two days. shits in its food, on the table. beaks the biscuits. have to push past it to get to the fridge. considering the whole ‘bird flu paranoia’ thing, you’d think i’m joking. i’m not. and if i said they culled a bunch of super-fluous (ha fucking ha. thankyou) chickens 20 km from here last year, after they were infected with the h5n1 strain by migrating fowl, you’d say ‘you’re joking’. i’m not. (zhirinovski, leader of the right-wing LDPR, made a memorable speech in parliament about how every russian man should do his duty, be drafted into the army, sent to the western borders, issued with a kalishnikov and shoot migrating birds as they crossed the border to protect the motherland. zhirinovski regularly comes third in presidential polls.) if i said i’ve spent a week losing kilograms to a particulalry vicious and doubtlessly, slavic strain of gastric flu you’d say ‘you’re joking’. i’m not. i understand that to open the door or the window is to invite escape, but not to means the temperature in here is pushing thirty and there’s been no fresh air for days. i’m not a biologist, or even a microbiologist, but i remember how those funny little trays of jelly they gave us at school not only tasted foul, but loved to sprout all kinds of wierd green shit when you kept them a bit warmer than normal. so our kitchen has, potentially, every ingredient needed to create a new strain of human culling super-flu. is this where it startws? is this where it ends? i am typing now and the fucking thing is next to my feet. but baba tanya is just doing nothing unusual- she’s just doing what any babushka would do with a chilly clucker- and that begs the question, ‘how the fuck is this widely anticiapted mutant strain of bird flu not going to develop if chicken-friendly acts of this level of intimacy are going on all the time, possibly everywhere, and possibly at a more intimate level’. isn’t it getting a bit of a chance that it doesn’t really need?

There is a Chinese proverb that I found a few years ago, and I felt that it exemplified my approach to life in general. Here it is: “If I keep a green boough in my heart, the singing bird will come”. ~ Chinese proverb I take it to mean, at least for me, that even during life’s times of trial and tribulation there will always be another day and another chance for things to turn out right. The secret to life is to not let the little things beat you down, to not get lost in the minutae of daya to day, to not take out one’s frustrations on others, and to never lose sight of the things which make you unique and worthy of love, compassion, hope, and joy! I have only been here at RB a handful of days, but I am so filled with happiness and joy at having finally found a community like this that I feel like I am going to bust. So many of you have left wonderful, encouraging commentson my work already, and I can not even begin to repay you all! If I ever sell anything here that is just a bonus, it is the community, feedback, and creative vision I see on the pages here at RB that are driving my pleasure! This site is bursting with creativity and talented artists of all kinds, a wonderful place to meet many new and exciting artists! Thank you all so much, and I only hope that I can give back to RB some small piece of what it has already given me. Bless all of you, old and new friends alike, see you in the bubble! Please always feel free to ask me for advice on equipment or techniques related to nature photography (especially critters)! Cheers Mundy

Ok I declare that photography should be like a packet of cigarettes and carry a government health warning!!!!! Today for the 2nd time in as many weeks I was out taking photos and suffered a fall. Now please friends no sniggering or stifling the titters …........ if you are going to laugh do it….... I was out at my favourite spot today Langstone Habour, the tide was way way out and the birds were having a wonderful morning digging around in the mud eating their fill of worms and fish. I was happy taking photos, of the curlews, brent geese, shelducks, little egrets and various seagulls. I decided after an hour or so that I had enough photos and started to walk along the slipway towards my car , ever alert for birds. As I was nearly at my car I spotted a bird I didn’t recognise so I got my camera back out to take a photo and identify it when I got back home. As I clicked the button, those dreaded words appeared on screen….........change the batteries….... I sighed and as I dug out some fresh ones and fumbled with the camera i continued to walk. I put the new batteries in closed the compartment and then it happened…............. I put my foot forward and came into contact with slimy mud and silt I went up in the air and then landed with a thud on the concrete knocking my arthritic elbow in the process, I was sitting on my rear in the mud and silt. Ok I thought I haven’t broken anything including my precious camera. I put it away in my camera case and carefully swung it so that it was on the dry concrete. then I turned myself over to my knees and relised I was sliding on the mud and silt towards the deep mud. I dug my knees into the concrete and clung onto the slipway with the tips of my fingers, I tried to slowly edge back up the slope but it was no good I couldn’t get a grip to heave myself back up I clung on for dear life with my fingertips still hoping that the workmen renovating the pub to the side of me couldn’t see me in my embarassing position. I realised I was stuck and I felt my face burning at the thought of calling for help…........ After a few moments of turmoil I heard voices above me and I looked up to see a man walking around talking on his mobile(cell) phone. I was just about to call for help when he called down and asked if I needed help getting back up,..........so there we were this poor man trying to pull me a rather large lady as i was trying to push myself at the same time…... I don’t know how we managed it but after a few minutes of me digging my knees into the concrete and clawing my way up with one hand as he pulled on the other we managed to get me onto the dry clean concrete. I thanked him for his help and got in my car as quickly as possible, my hands were covered in mud as was most of my clothing front and back, my camera case was covered too along with my trainers and my poor fingertips were stinging and throbbing my nails all broken and torn. I drove home, took everything off, had a steaming shower , followed by a steaming mug of coffee and a sandwich, crawled into bed and slept for an hour or so. Now my elbow is sore and throbbing and my fingertips hurt, so I bid you all an early goodnight and I know I’m going to be so stiff in the morning. P,S. I haven’t even got the strength to check my photos.
