We were really lucky to come across these “Little Bee Eaters” whilst on safari in Samburu National Park. this gang of Adelie penguins gave me a great opportunity for quite a series of entertaining photographs as they zoomed busily about their icy playground. This photo has become a symbol of connection and friendship among my own personal group of nearest and dearest friends.

The Sea Venture was one of the first ships to arrive in Bermuda. It was thrown accidentally off course by a hurricane and landed on the reefs intact. Its original course was with a fleet from England headed towards / Jamestown, Virginia to aid in the colonization. From being shipwrecked, the crew and passengers of the Sea Venture settled in Bermuda and benefitted from its tropical paradise and set up a small colony. This painting is a Mixed Media piece, combining original digital photography taken in Bermuda by SBC, painting, and drawing. It is intended to capture the natural and surreal beauty of Bermuda. It won an Honorable Mention Award in the Rowayton Art Show in 2006 and First Place in the Darien Art Show in 2007.

It was taken in the Springtime. I combiined the original image with one of my hawk images. Merged the two in Photoshop CS3 then added the Orton effect for the final results. Digitaly enhanced art. The Huntington’s superb botanical gardens cover 120 acres (485,624 m²) and the theme gardens contain rare plants from around the world. The gardens are divided into more than a dozen themes, including the Australian Garden, Camellia Collection, Children’s Garden, Desert Garden Conservatory, Conservatory for Botanical Science, Desert Garden, Herb Garden, Japanese Garden, Lily Pond, North Vista, Palm Garden, Rose Garden, Shakespeare garden, Subtropical and Jungle Garden and a Chinese Garden (Liu Fang Yuan 流芳園 or the Garden of Flowing Fragrance) now open in the northern end of the property. In addition, a large open field planted with Eucalyptus trees serves as a re-created “Australian Outback.” The Huntington has a program to protect and propagate endangered plant species. Taken from ‘The Portsmouth that has passed’ by William G Gates: Charles II married his Portugese bride Catherine of Braganza here in 1662. Two centuries of decline and disrepair followed until the chapel was restored in 1867 to become the Garrison Church. It was reduced to a burnt out shell during one of Portsmouth’s worst second World War air raids on January 11th 1941 it stands today as a silent memorial.’ War is not just a thing that affects the soldiers.

This is not altered with software in any way.The seagulls were lining up in order to catch a piece of bread. You can actually see the piece on the right side of the picture! / It was difficult to get them in frame like I imagined but after many pieces of bread they were in perfect position. check what the product looks like here thank you for stopping by!

This is one of my favourite shots taken on black and white film and taken in Venice, Italy. I have scanned the print. I like the timelessness of this shot, I think. She was surrounded by the pigeons at first and she didn’t mind. But later, one flew on her head and she minded a lot. I recently made a sale on redbubble with this shot.
