/ / And Your Bird Can Sing – The Beatles / You tell me that you’ve got everything you want / And your bird can sing / But you don’t get me, you don’t get me You say you’ve seen seven wonders and your bird is green / But you can’t see me, you can’t see me When your prized possessions start to wear you down / Look in my direction, I’ll be round, I’ll be round When your bird is broken will it bring you down / You may be awoken, I’ll be round, I’ll be round You tell me that you,ve heard every sound there is / And our bird can swing / But you can’t hear me, you can’t hear me /

Red Bird, a Cheyenne Indian. / Original image – Library of Congress.
When you hold yourself hostage, be it in a physical or mental nature, you may be depriving yourself of something potentially beautiful, holding back from the truth trying to cage away the bits you don’t like and revealing only what you think others will approve of. Anpiel is an angel who protects wild birds. / Example: The swan exemplifies a need for faithfulness and loyalty, the robin or eagle means that the angels are near and are guiding your spiritual path. Through a white dove or three white feathers angels send you a message of peace and spirituality. So it is written in my Book Of Angels ! / I used four different images here, experimenting with layers! / Thank you for viewing and I hope you like Spirit Eagle! / /
Background – deviantart.com / Flowers – my photo / Hummingbird – stockxchng / Brushes / The Hummingbird / by Harry Kemp The sunlight speaks. And it’s voice is a bird: / It glitters half-guessed half seen half-heard / Above the flower bed. Over the lawn … / A flashing dip and it is gone. / And all it lends to the eye is this— / A sunbeam giving the air a kiss. /
One of my past pets when I moved and left him in the care of a irrisponsible person. Nuff said, he was gone. So I have memories of this bird, he was smart enough never to leave and flew around the house and made noise! He was cool!! So sad not to see him anymore, oh well…. it sucks. P.S. Used PainterX and Photoshop for this.
Please welcome a new and incredible artist who had given me a boost of inspiration. Thank you so much to TheWhiteMuse for your help. I needed it!! Your art is wonderful! Mmmmmwah! /
Photomanipulation See it in full-size on my portfolio here This creation is in no way meant to offend anyone. I’m not religious at all, but I was toying with this idea in my head and this is the final outcome. This art consists of over ten different photos merged together. All photos, except for the old man, belongs to me and have been photographed with a Nikon D100. On top of that alot of editing has been made such as the rays, the sea, clouds, waves, the hand with the flower. With that said, the stock-image of the old man can be found here. All credit for that goes to “skydancer-stock” at deviantArt. It’s quite modified though. Comments or critics are appreciated!
When I see you again / Will you take my hands and smile? / I’ll take yours then / Even if they’re pressed tightly to your sides / And we’ll not recall a single thing / That ripped my soul in two For I know you suffered too. There’ll be no tears, nor mention / Of thoughts that drain away my breath / No talk of crushing things I hide away / And steal my vision of this life’s bright light / That lifts most beings to a higher plane For I know you could not see. There will be no memory, nor knowledge / Of a single moment that burned these eyes / Just comfort, warmth, and trust is all I’ll feel / Kindness passing ever more – soul to soul / A gentle kiss, soft eyes that care / A heart, a hug that will hold me close. For I know you could not feel. copyright K.T. / Digital Composite Artwork in CS4 /

Acrylic on canvas, blended with images in photo shop. I took a photo of an ally window through a store front a while ago in Seattle. It reminded me of an old black and white movie. I could just feel the tension of wondering what or who was inside. The scene had a feeling of loneliness. As if the person living there might be a recluse. I can relate to that at times. I had been waiting for something that would work with this shot. / In the mean time, I did this acrylic painting. I was thinking of posting it, but the title wouldn’t come to me. I love the textures and colors but I had a strong feeling that it needed more. / The painting and my image of the window seemed like they were meant for each other. / But then it needed one more element. / The bird had been perched on the wire above my house. He almost seemed to be posing for me, looking in all directions. The sun was at a perfect angle to highlight his breast. I guess I needed his photo as well. I hope you like the blend and the mystery of the bird and window. / /
A birds nest with some small river stones photo based illustration.
I was inspired to create this image from a dream I had. /
My newest photo compilation. The scenery is a long exposure photograph taken minutes before sunrise on Walkerville beach in Victoria, Australia (see Tide and Painted Sunrise for other photographs from the same beach). The birds were photographed just after sunset from my backyard last week, I knew I could use them for something more interesting then them by them selves. Also a gentle texture was added to enhance the mood. / Hope you like it. Canon EOS 450D EF-S 55-250mm Converted form RAW
