Tis only a few weeks until I move to Melbourne, so I thought I’d get my big, sheet-metalled guy to do some reconnaissance before I landed. Unfortunately, in true gigantic robot fashion, he decided to destroy the picturesque cityscape of the footy city. Apparently it will be rebuilt and ready for when I alight. In 3 background colours … RED, GREEN and BLUE!

The Valley of the Waters is @ Wentworth Falls In the Blue Mountains. The Valley of the Waters may be reached by a direct walking track, which descends steeply through temperate rainforest. Cool, moist, shady conditions prevail, and the area is a rich wildlife habitat. / Apart from the regular bushwalkers, you are likely to meet wetsuit-clad abseilers who like to take a more direct, and wet, route down the numerous waterfalls. / From the valley, National Pass takes the walker to the Wentworth Falls, then back up the cliffs to the village. / The Nature Track, & other cliff-top routes, make a good alternative for walkers who prefer to avoid the strenuous climb in and out of the valley. The other night I was looking at a shot done by WhisperingRuth, her shot titled “are you listening”. I am talking with her thru bubblemail, due to the comment I left on it and it inspired me of a “shot” using Ellens rat band. Of course Ruth thought I was crazy (which I am), but hey with Photoshop, if you think it , it can happen..right? There was only One person I knew of that could throw all of this montage together..Marianne Venegoni (photoeyes) / In my opinion, Marianne is one of the Best Photoshop users I have seen to date (I call her “master of PS”, BS is optional too..shhh) :) / So I presented the idea to Marianne, gave her my “vision” of the image. She was up for the challenge! / So contacting Ruth and Ellen, asking their permission to get some of their shots so Marianne had plenty to work with. We used one of my shots, for the background, some of Ellen’s shots of her rat band, and a shot Ruth is hiding from the public :) / So….introducing.. “playing with the big boys”, by Marianne Venegoni, Whispering Ruth, Ellen and Christopher Ewing. Thanks Marianne, Ruth, Ellen for allowing my wild and crazy vision to come to life :)
