  • Man: Here I am! What do you want from me? / Satan: Do as I Command! / Man: Never! / Satan: You will do my bidding, you who are without power! / Man: Without power? Is that what you think? You think because I am a mere human I have no authority over you? / Satan: You have no authority at all, I am he who can destroy you, I own you, I can kill you in a blink of an eye! I am GOD! / Man: You are the fool he said you are! How igorant, how self righteous, how pathetic you are! Do you honestly think he who created you would give you everything because you challenged him? / Satan: I’ve already won! I have a two thirds of his angels with me, I rule the Earth, and all that dwells within it. / Man: Well that should’ve been your first clue! He only gave you a single planet. Uh… And arent you forgetting something…you only have 2000 years pal then his son comes and bounds you in the chains you so deserve. How cruel of you to make man suffer, turn against himself, desimate the lands to waste. No wonder your skin reeks of death, and is black as your heart, look at your face, all deformed from your hatred. Werent you once the most beautiful sacred archangel ever created? / Satan: I am FOREVER! I am ETERNAL! / Man: Blah Blah Blah…geez…You really have got issues dont you, have you thought about seeking therapy? / Satan: SHUT UP INSULANT! / Man: Oh, what no sense of humor either? / Satan: THATS IT!!! I send forth raptors of prey to swoop down upon you and eat your flesh while you still breathe! (laughs deeply) Satan casts his curse upon this man but to dismay and fury nothing happens, he repeatedly trys again and again at no avail. Man: Problem… Big Red? Lisa C. • Photo I captured of a sculpture outside Sacred Heart Cathedral (Charleston, WV).  It is actually Mary (mother of Jesus) turning away in fear from Gabriel after having seen him for the first time.  The look on her face is absolutely haunting.  Enjoy!  Thank you for visiting our page -  Comments are always welcome.  Cheers! • Gary captured this image of a marble statue of Jesus praying in the garden that resides in a local cemetary. Enjoy!

  • A Circumhorizon Arc looks like a Stairway to Heaven; but we don’t have to climb to get there! Most of the world believes that through their works, they will achieve salvation. This it contrary to what God has wrought through the resurrection of His Son Christ Jesus. Eph 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, / Eph 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, by (grace ye are saved;) / Eph 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: / Eph 2:7 That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. / Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: / Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. • Medium : Acrylic on canvas / Size : 2’ x 4’ / Year competed : 1992 / This painting is part of the collection of artwork I did during my military service, this collection is entitled : The Army Years. / This painting is the second spiritual paint, I did, the first spiritual painting i did ,was the first version of this one, but I did a somewhat mono chromatic blue version. This painting , and the Victory Through Prayer paint, won prizes in a army post art show, at Ft. Lewis WA. The army had three professional artist to judge the show. Living Water took 1st place, and Victory Through Prayer took honorable mention. / This painting illustrates how God gives life to the dead, we with out salvation through Christ, are the living dead. For Life is to know, and commune with God. / understanding the symbols: / The desert = a cursed world with decay and death / The skull = the result of sin, we will all face death. / the cross = the price that Christ pained, that man may be freed from the penalty of sin. / the water fall = eternal life for all who will repent from sin and live their lives in service to God through faith in Christ. / The floral covered hill = the redeemed creation, the future new earth and heavens God will create, that will have the absence of the cruse of sin, no decay or death will be found. • Hebrews 11:1: “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” I walked this path a few months ago. Life was so wretchedly hard. I kept my attitude wonderful always towards others.. but the situation was so dire, there were days I did not want to wake up to see another day . But once I would awake I would find another project I needed to accomplish for that day, or, more than likely I would turn my ear toward a person that would somehow need my help. Well, today, I see a light out of my tunnel, its been two years in coming. Regardless, I just want to say I learned a few things along this lonely, long, beautiful pathway of life. I took a “gazillin “photos here .. and I dont know how to throw them out, so I will share them with you…....... Alva, Florida, USA as is from the camera sony DSC H 7 /

  • Cologne Cathedral Beautiful and very old crucifixion scene in front of the Elder Biblical Window.(c. 1260) / The double-lancet bible window in the Chapel of the Magi is not only the oldest window in the building; as the axial window, it is also the highest ranking window in the cathedral. Using pairs of images, it relates the story of salvation by creating links between events in the Old and New Testaments. The images in the right-hand lancet focus on Christological episodes in the New Testament. Surrounded by tendril interlace and flanked by Old Testament prophets, they relate the story of salvation from the Birth of the Virgin to the Ascension of Christ. The left-hand lancet features corresponding typological events from the Old Testament. / From the official website of Cologne Cathedral

  • For this vector I wanted to play with the abstract shapes of a red apple. I just bought some apples that were extremely shiny and loved the shapes in the reflections when I took the photo, but thought it would be interesting to turn into a vector…
