A Lemon Bellini is a cocktail. / Basing my illustrations on items in menus, this drink looked interesting. / At the back of my mind I thought there was a Rennaissance artist called Bellini- and indeed there was. One of his most famous painings was a portrait of a Pope (least I think this gentleman was a Pope). I was chuffed to little mint-balls to see that he was wearing a mitre that looked just like a lemon- with a little tweaking. / Anyway this is my pastel rendering of Lemon Bellini.
