This limit however has helped to come up with this idea. There were literally 1000s of military on every corner! It was a very humid evening and we felt very sorry for them all. They must have been baking in their uniforms! Taken with Canon 40D, using 70-300 IS USM Lens at f4.6 and 170mm. ISO 800 and 1/4 second mounted on a tripod.
