  After your wonderful response to my “Veil of morning light” once again a shot from the hazy morning two days ago. The sunbeams are so strong on this picture that you have to look rather closely to see the winding course of the cycling path. It is the path from Hilversum to the paradisical forests near Laage Vuursche. You still have to cross a railway line and a motorway (yes, we have them too, though you never see them on my shots!), and then you are in foresty dreamland. But this bit of the path is already a lovely start, is it not? Near Hilversum, 7th October 2008, 933 am / Nikon D80, Nikkor 18-200 mm at 34 mm / F 4, 1/25, ISO 400

I took 3 of Zoo’s fractal images and applied each to a terrain object as an altitude map: the lighter and white parts got real tall, the darker and black parts dipped down low. / These are Zooreka’s originals: ...and here’s how they look in Vue before adding textures and atmosphere: The foreground is part of the spikes of Shroomsbury, on the right the heights of Epping Forest, and rising majestic on the horizon, the spires of Way To Blue. Our Zooreka Herbals limo is one smooth ride, headed for the small village near the coast. Hope you like it, Zoo!!!!!
