This is a depiction of a young lady kneeling on top of the world receiving answers. Closer observation of the painting shows a slight disconnection of her hands and face from her body. This is representative of inner conflict. Perhaps the blue bird coming to her hands offers resolution and answers to questions she’s climbed to the top of the world to find. A birds feather falls just in front of her. / She also has a small yellow/orange flower in her hair and ruffles under her skirt. From the shades of dreaming I arise. Calming Spirit, as I move into my day, remind me ever of those who do not have. Instill in me the immediate need to help others, as I, myself, have been helped. Bring blessings to those who are sick, hungry, and cold. May the Keeper of Healing wrap her mantle of protection around and about them, comforting them in their time of urgency. This day beckons me into remembrance. I beseech thee, Kind Mother, to gather unto yourself those who are scattered like so many leaves upon the wind. Bring them once again into the fold of your loving embrace, and fill them with your warmth and nourishment.
