Mila (2) keeps sitting on the window sill to keep me company while I run on my treadmill and the light behind her is so pretty that I keep wanting to take a shot. My first main colaboration with Kim .. This is one of kims profile pictures taken with a webcam.. She sent this image to me so that i can have a go at enhancing it.. I first played around for a while with the original image. Enhancing such things as the eyes, lips and general light shadows. Then, i added the lillies from one of my original images… Added another layer this time of the sky (Again an original image) and then merged together.. A final tweak in CS4 and then Lightroom to finish the image….

In this work I tried to capture the reflective shadows in the eyes and create as much detail as possible without adding too much…white cartridge paper.
