My husband and I went to Quebec City for it’s 400th Birthday Christmas celebration. What a blast that was! They had many scheduled events. My only gripe was, we didn’t pack clothes for the tundra type temps! Absolutely Frigid! The people and food were very warm and inviting. This is a photo of their beautiful theatre.
