Model is Chelsea Rose / Makeup and Hair by Loran Bean / Assistant: Adam People seem to like when I say how I get my shots, so I will keep up with it! We went to the roof of a shopping centre carpark to shoot this series. It was WHITE, it was HOT, it was windy and it was…EXTREMELY HOT! We now all look like beetroots, we’re so red. I made the mistake of lying down on the HOT CONCRETE for about 10 mins for a series of shots. :( But it was worth it! All lighting is natural, no reflectors were used. This shot was one of the last in the day. ‘Chelsea, get in the trolly!’ I make my models do very uncomfortable things sometimes. What’s the worst thing you have made someone do in order to get the best photo? I want to hear your stories :D And as always, comments are always appreciated. xo / Rose

~ Historic War Eagle Mills ~ A fascinating and nostalgic historic site / nestled in the rolling Ozark hills of Northwest / Arkansas, War Eagle Mill is one of the most / picturesque places in the Natural State. I remember riding in the back of the truck, as my daddy took a load of corn to this mill to have it ground, and I remember all those hot pans of cornbread my momma used to cook with that huge pot of brown beans…...boy things have sure changed today!! / You can get a great bowl of beans while visiting this mill, they have a really great restaurant, but I have to say I do not think I have ever tasted a bean like my momma cooked. / BELOW PHOTOS CLICKABLE FOR YOU CONVENIENCE RIVER RAIN CLOUDS ON THE WATER, FIRE NEAR THE SKY TRANQUIL SERENITY GOLDEN DAZE
My favourite Espresso blend here, i love waking up to the aroma. When brewed, this stuff turns into liquid gold.
Shot at Makara Beach, west coast of lower North Island, New Zealand, I need to go back to this location, the smooth pebbles in the foreground are like jelly beans, this will make a great low level shot. Shot on a Nikon D700 with 17-35mm lens, with Cokin ND8 grad filter. / Got da Makara Blues / Jelly Bean Rumble at Dusk

This was originally made to be part of an animation for my portfolio, but kind of ended up on the cutting room floor. If you ever spend any time commuting in London you might know how he feels.
