A fascinating and beautiful beach on the west coast of Norway. These huge boulders roll in and out when the powerful North Seas waves hit them. It makes an eerie and almost frightening sound.

Arlington West is an ongoing display of the casualties in Iraq on East Beach in Santa Barbara, to protest against the war in Iraq, and increase the public awareness regarding the military and political fallout of staying there. Each Sunday morning thousands of crosses, as the number of the fallen, for that day, are placed in the sand and volunteers are providing the public with up to the moment information on casualties plus individual stories on the fallen. West Island, Cocos (keeling) Islands When the tide comes in, an awesome white beach disappears (see Infinity) and is replaced by the prettiest aqua water…rolling, rolling, rolling !! The water is only knee deep, but perfect for floating in. We spotted lots of little reef sharks around here – what a magic place they call home.
