  • This is one of my silver award winning prints from the 07 AIPP State awards. / I spent the week up in Surfer’s on the Gold coast – Hence no updates or nice comments for people. This is just one of the hundreds of photos i came up with – a simple pan of some of the hi-rise apartments. / The big pointy bugger is the Q1 building – the tallest residential building in the world.

  • A run down farm shed at Merewether Heights in Newcastle. I inserted / edited a photo of the beach at the Cowrie Hole into the montage.

  • A tops’l schooner has been wrecked ashore in shallow water, in the North East coal harbour of Cullercoats, circa1880’s. Most winter’s saw at least one sailing ship wrecked at the mouth of the river Tyne. A Victorian photo from my priceless book, was used for the painting. Watercolour and HB pencil drawing. 12” x 8”.

  • The beautiful beaches of Queenslands Gold Coast, in the very South-East corner of Queensland, this is a city of it’s own now a days! Skyscrapers litter the skyline.. This shot taken at sunset, facing south/west, looking across Surfers Paradise. Still an active beach at this time of day! Canon 50D, 22mm. Available large, and best viewed Large!
