  • Humpback whale, Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia.

  • This is my entry to the photoshop creative competition. The use of photoshop is not huge as I pretty much only composed nine original images together. But I don’t think it needs more “effects” to tell its story. This is a deconstruction and chaotic recomposition of an urban lanscape in Alexandria, Egypt. Because I see the future dynamic, urban, fast and anarchic.

  • Humpback whale, Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia.

  • Image taken at English Bay, Vancouver, B.C, Canada

  • I shot this on Merritt Island, Florida one morning waiting for the wildlife to wake up along with myself.

  • this is Port Erin Bay in Isle of man, lovely place to visit!

  • Well I have just gotten back from a stint up the East coast on Sunday night, and of course had to stop in Byron Bay for what was supposed to be a night, but turned into 4. Took about a million photographs but only a few were Red Bubble worthy in my own estimation. Unfortunately for me, a very talented Lee Burgess has beaten me to the punch on the lighthouse by about 8 hours…Oh well, pays not to sit on piccies too long huh! For what its worth, this is my take…

  • The fascinating geothermal wonderland, Rotorua, New Zealand :)) / June 2008 The milky colour of the water of Sulphur Bay is caused by particles of sulphur being suspended in the water. This sulphur has been produced by hydrogen sulphide gas rising from the lake. / The smells of Sulphur Bay and Lake Rotorua are from sulphurous gases belched from the depths of the Earth and resemble rotten eggs !! / Steam and gases can be heard bubbling and roaring to the surface through vents and pools :)) WARNING / ©2008 Globalphotos All rights reserved. / All photographs, text and images by Globalphotos are the exclusive property of Globalphotos – protected under Australian and international copyright laws. / These images may not be reproduced, copied or manipulated without written permission. / No use for Public Domain. / Use of any image for another photographic concept or illustration is a violation of copyright.

  • San Fancisco at night.

  • This is stunning Hanson Bay on Kangaroo Island, South Australia, Australia. This was taken in summer on a perfect day and is probably my favourite beach on Kangaroo Island. This was taken with a Canon DSLR EOS 350D camera and a 18-55mm lens.

  • This was taken at the Bay of Fires in Tasmania, December 08.

  • With the global economy caught in the gravity of the financial crisis, it’s sad that programs like the Constellation Project will have a long wait before anything truly gets off the ground. / / NASA’s Constellation Project is set up to finish the International Space Station, retire the Shuttle Fleet and build a whole new fleet of space vehicles which will take us back to the Moon, then Mars and then the places beyond. / / But with Congressional limitations and funding cutbacks due to the financial crisis, as well as being stuck with a complicated and restrictive “go as you pay” finance structure it’s unlikely we’ll be seeing any groundbreaking manned space flights in the naughties. / / This image represents a fleeting memory of a childhood dream to see man explore our planets and then the stars beyond and it’s one of the few things as a child I looked up to America for. / / The universe is a big place and we’re yet to make it out of our solar system but without programs like the Constellation Project, man may never ever get to make another giant leap. / / DETAIL / / / /
