The track winds it’s way down on a grassy slope to the edge of Corio Bay with the You Yangs in the background. / This image featured on the front cover of an art calandar published by BEST SHOTS as well as a coffee table book on Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula. / It also was part of a support promotion run by the press getting readers to write in and try to determine where it was taken from as the location is not readily visable to travellers. / Taken on Fuji S2Pro

Taken tonight while the sun was going to bed!
This shot was taken in a gorgeous place called Spoon Bay. A wonderful feeling of remoteness to it even though it’s only a 10 min hike down a track. The rocks are gorgeous (that is if you are like me and love rocks and textures). The rock is a green sandstone (haven’t seen this colour anywhere else) and the sand is a deep golden colour. I took this photo because Ioved the contrasts in colours, textures and the movement of the sea in the middle of it all. For anybody that likes Photoshop, if you are interested in how I processed this image, I did a step-by-step tutorial in my blog. You can find my blog here Enjoy / Brent

So this little known place is probably the closest I will ever get to tropical paradise. Its called Wayag, and is a group of Islands off the Western Coast of West Papua in Indonesia. Its quite a story about how I got here (i hope to write it up some time soon), but I want to pay full credits to my friend Simon Mammino for his assistance in getting this shot. Take a bow mate (and now get back to work). Nikon D200 / 10.5mm

Taken this summer (or winter) during my trip to New Zealand. I love it there, beautiful landscapes. This is an example.
Red-Eyed Green Tree Frog, Litoria chloris on bay tree branch.
As the day drew to a close while walking on the rock shelves at the Bay of Islands the beautiful green sea grass and distant cliffs on land glowed for us. Please Note / Public access to this beach has been closed due to unstable cliffs and access is quite dangerous, so if you do plan on visiting please be very careful. The lookout is still easily accessible. Canon 40D w/ EF-S 10-22mm / Focal length @ 10mm / Aperture: f/22 / Shutter: 1/2 sec / ISO: 100
Taken a while ago at a place called Warners Bay in Newcastle, Oz. It’s infrared.

Elephants Rocks, Denmark, Western Australia. For Beth, my twin-sis. Another image from one of my favourite places. The day of our visit, it amazed me how many people stood on the top of these rocks and then turned back to the carpark, missing the view of the rocks from this point and all the wonderful coastline around the corner. Still, that means we had it to ourselves!! For enquires about canvas prints, or photographic prints larger than Redbubble options, please contact me via bubblemail
