  • Bondi, Sydney, Australia Probably anyone who is local can tell already, but these are the public swimming baths at the south end of Bondi, snapped on the Bondi-Coogee coastal walk. I just love how the swimmers seem totally swamped by the power and size of the sea, and yet safe, calm and protected. Other water pics

  • I went to Sydney on the weekend to catch up with the folks. I also managed to get out and take some photographs. This is one I took at Cronulla Baths. It’s an infrared capture. I have been missing the infrared lately – the weather has been so wet here – not good for IR…anyway…hope you like it. / Camera: FujiFilm FinePix S7000 / Date: 14-02-2008 at 5:11PM / Location: Cronulla Baths, Sydney, Oz.   • Ripon Spa Baths, built in 1904, where the rich would go and bathe, the swimming pool was built in the 40’s and it showed, it resembled an old air raid shelter built on the back with typical 40’s decor, green and cream, unfortunatly i didnt take my camera swimming with me.
