Although the Louisville Cardinals is the home town college basketball team in Louisville, Kentucky USA, people are so rabid insane about University of Kentucky (located in Lexington Kentucky USA) that anyone wearing the Cardinal red colors (in stead of Wildcat blue) always get a second look. They say that in Kentucky, University of Kentucky Wildcats isn’t just about basketball, it’s a religion. Just playing around with camera whilst my daughter was at dancing lessons. Anyway there was a puddle and the ball rolled in it and I got an idea for a photo. I took quite a few and this one just appealed to me. It was like basketball was there and my son’s reflection a memory. Various Themes

On most of the old barns around the Indiana countryside you can find a basketball goal. This one found on an abandoned red barn was tucked away amongst the trees & vines.

Taken directly outside of my house during one of the large Colorado wild fires we had a year or so ago. The clouds were covering the sky, and as the sun was setting, I really liked the shadows the smoke and sun created on the low covering clouds. Yes, the basketball hoop, and lamp light are supposed to be in the picture. I personally like what they add to the image. Let me know!
