A Newborn Fairy A Red Bubble Member recently purchased The Dew Drop Baby and she left a message for me that I wanted to share with you… “I purchased this card for my friend who just found out she is pregnant with her first child. I love faeries. Mother’s are much like faeries – we take care of the ones we love when no one is watching”.

I HAD BEEN SITTING IN ONE OF MY USUAL HAUNTS IN THE CUYAHOGA VALLEY NATIONAL PARK FOR ABOUT THREE HOURS ON A SUNDAY MORNING IN APRIL. NOTHING…BUT NOTHING INTERESTING HAD COME ALONG AND I FINALLY DECIDED TO PACK IT IN AND MOVE TO ANOTHER PART OF THE PARK. I PACKED UP MY GEAR AND STOOD UP, TURNED AROUND, AND STEPPED OVER THE LOG I’D BEEN SITTING ON, TOOK TWO STEPS, AND ON THE THIRD, ALMOST STEPPED RIGHT ON THIS LITTLE GUY. From the fine art photography of Wendy Bandurski-Miller….THE FUTURE’S CARE.
/ Canvas Print / / Framed Print / Rainbow – Angel of Hope / To remind us there is always hope :) / Rainbow – Angel of Hope is created on brown paper / I use a range of media including pastels, acrylics, charcoal, markers / Rainbow was inspired by my love of Kokeshi Dolls (Japanese wooden dolls) and because rainbows have been on my mind a lot lately, I’ve been incorporating them into lots of my work I hope you like her :)
/ I used candlewax, few different sized black marker pens, retractable pencils, charcoal white and black, ink and pastels on a small piece of timber to create “Happiness Always”......and that’s what I wish for everyone…. happiness always it could be for a newborn baby, just cheer someone who’s a little sad, or for a birthday ~ wishing someone happiness always is just a nice thing to do any time of the year :)
