Autumn Travels Shot in Alluvial Fan area of Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado What a scene that just glowed…and I mean GLOWED. It made your jaw just drop open. I am fortunate in that no one else was there, and was lucky to be able to take about 100 shots of this scene alone, playing with composition and such, and custom white balance settings, and in this one, something similar to a sunset setting was used. Finally I got out amongst the autumn trees today with two of my photography students. Plus I had a little time myself to shoot some of the trees in Yoyogi Park on what was a beautiful day with gorgeous light. This pic is currently in the ‘Zen’ competition at JPEG magazine. A 3 Shot HDR processed in Photomatix Pro Camera Fuji S100FS This is an image from the HDR study I am doing on Painshill Park, This is from visit 2. The Abbey / To the right of the vineyard and on the lake edge, the abbey was the last of the follies to be created, over Charles Hamilton’s brick and tile works, when the park was put up for sale in 1772.
