This photo was taken just a mile or so from “Morning Light”, on the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton Highlands National Park,Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. Most of the farmhouses have been settled for over 100 years, many by the original Scots immigrants. The fall colours become quite brilliant in late September and throughout October. This was taken in early October, 2005 with a Sony DSCF828 camera.
