Some time back, I visited Newstead Abbey in Notinghamshire. It is the former home of the writer Lord Byron. We had a nice family day out, walking around the grounds and into the designed gardens. I took this shot in the Japanese garden. I had to lay down on the muddy bridge to get this shot and several more like it, but it was worth getting dirty. A 3 Shot HDR processed in Photomatix Pro Camera Fuji S100FS This is an image from the HDR study I am doing on Painshill Park, This is from visit 2. The Abbey / To the right of the vineyard and on the lake edge, the abbey was the last of the follies to be created, over Charles Hamilton’s brick and tile works, when the park was put up for sale in 1772.
