This is again, from a drive through the back roads of the Dandenong ranges in Victoria. I was just driving around and stopping to photograph things that caught me eye (I wound up lost too). This is a plot of land behind a farmhouse near Seville.

This was taken along the Princess Hwy,traveling to Bairnsdale, Victoria. It’s so sad to see the effects of the drought first hand – the paddocks lined with dead trees and in the fog were a testimony to our harsh weather

Shot this back in November, 2004, when the grass was much greener, and there was water in the dam. There’s only been water in that dam one other time since then, and it lasted around 6 weeks….this is a nice reminder of what we used to have…. My first RedBubble post – yay! / I shot this last year at Jervis Bay, the day after a cyclone up in Queensland created some amazing sea swell even this far down the coast. The cliffs they were breaking against are 100m high and these were going halfway up so were pretty spectacular I can tell you. The day before they were going all the way up the cliffs and then some but I didn’t realise I had the camera on autofocus and they all came out blurry in the low light – very, very frustrating as I’ve never seen waves like them.
