This is from the series Mars Attack “The Passover” The visitors are passing directly over us as we look in wonder. / All eyes are glued to the sky as we stand and tremble. / The dog is barking at the sky I wonder if he knows? / That soon our whole worlds gonna change forced on us by strangers! / My minds confused as I stand and look what the hell is going on? / Just last week we were in the church praying to Baby Jesus. / But this has put a different player in to my religion. / I wonder who he’s praying to or even if he cares! / My wife’s still looking at the sky as I struggle with my mind. / And all my neighbors are in a trance as this thing go’s by. / And little Trudi’s standing there she’s peed in her new blue jeans. / And her friend Kim from down the street has done the same thing too. / And Mike the guy who’s always ready to come and play some cards. / Is on his knees in his front yard praying up to God. / My mind is still a little foggy as I look to all my neighbors and then Judi comes up to me and says she’s really frightened. / It looks to me that everyones scared as we look at it pass by. / And then I hear someone start to scream so loud it waked me from my thoughts. / Its Janis who’s from the next block over she’s the local artist. / I guess this night will get her busy painting brand new things no more fruit on little tables for this pretty lady. / She’s pointing in the other direction and oh Lord what’s that I see? / As far as my eyes will go are these giant flying sauces. / We all stand and look up at the sky I think someone has fainted! / Yep its Fred my kinky neighbor this is even too much for him as he’s passed out on the front yard in his pink rubber suit. / As far as my eyes will take me its full of flying saucer I guess these things aren’t joking now it looks like they mean business! / And running down the streets towards us is my online friend named Karen. / She’s telling everybody that these things are gonna kill us all. / I tell her to sit on the grass and take a little break if they had wanted us dead it would of been all over. / So here we stand all looking up and all that I can see is the sky so full of visitors to bring a change to our blue Planet! Panic attacks are unexpected, isolated periods of intense anxiety, fear and distress that are associated with a range of somatic and cognitive symptoms. The panic attack is different from other forms of anxiety by its concentration and its unexpected, episodic nature. / Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is the term for an acute and continuing emotional reaction to an excessive psychological trauma. The latter may involve someone’s real death or a threat to the patient’s or someone else’s life, serious physical injury, or threat to physical and/or psychological uprightness. It is important to make a difference between PTSD and Traumatic stress, which is an alike condition, but of less intensity and length. Hysteria was also related to “traumatic reminiscences” a century ago. At that time, Sigmund Freud’s pupil, Kardiner, was the first to portray what later became known as symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder. Stress is often defined as the reaction to a situation that threatens the balance or homeostasis of a system.

Over the last few weeks we have had repeated Denial of Service (DOS) attacks that have bought the site down on a number of occasions. DOS attacks involve the criminal use of multiple servers to break a site. Sites from Yahoo to eBay have been targeted in the past and brought down. We have taken remedial action to prevent the attacks and this has led to a significant reduction in the severity of the attacks. This will continue to improve as we invest in this. This is an irritating but essential diversion of resources. We have also alerted the police to these attacks. We have provided them with the information we have and this may be sufficient to identify the source and lead to a prosecution. We have also advised them that we will prosecute, as the attacks appear malicious in intent. In the past the police have successfully prosecuted perpetrators of such attacks (which are no different than other acts of wilful corporate vandalism) and this has led to criminal prosecution. We thank you all for your support and apologize for the disruption of service that have occurred. You will find the situation continues to improve. Please also note that these sort of attacks are designed to shut a website down – they do not try to access personal information or steal anything from the site. So there’s no need to worry about your art or personal details. Jo

Mars Attack Part 11 “Their Coming” Ok Ok Ok everybody!! Hello everybody!! / Relax this thing is just passing over Alan an I have been watching this for the last half hour so just relax its not going to land here !! I hope. / Well what the hells it doing and what are we gonna do? / Karen just relax its not looking for us its after the leaders so it seems so no one here is a leader so just relax and getting excited about this thing is not going to help anyone. / Anyone seen my wife? / Yea Dave she’s with Romo in the play room down stairs. / Was she ok or still crying? / She looked happy for a change since Romo showed up! / Hey Alan what’s going on with that woman who’s talking to the plant? / What’s her name? / Shanina Dave and she’s still in her own world. / She say anything at all? / Nope didn’t hear a thing but Trudi might know something more! / Where she? / Don’t know she was here a few minutes ago! / Hey Dave I saw her with that woman you bought in Kate they were talking before we all came back out here. / Look Dave its a lot bigger now and gee its really big!! / Its so big the sky’s starting to get dark. / Hey Dave what do you think its doing coming this way Manhattans that way! / I think its looking for something and its got a lot of room for holding what ever it want’s to hold so lets just keep out fingers its not looking for any of us! / Hey Dave!! “Mike running out of breath!” / Hey Dave!! But until they had him it was best for our safety to remain in our cars. / What the hell could that be? / I don’t know but its seems somethings going on that they didn’t expect or they wouldn’t block up all the roads! / MiMI, we have approaching us a hugh space ship its really big my guy Mike says its 3 miles wide! / Gee three miles wide? / Yep and its moving fast it was the size of a dime 45 minutes ago and now its the size of a half dollar. / Oh gee! / And its really loud too! / Hold on Dave they are talking to us! / Mike, Alan!
