As I was in the midst of creating this digital painting, I, along with the rest of the nation, was carrying a load of fear and uncertainty as to the direction the United States is headed, both financially and ethically (or non ethically), and I thought of Isaiah 41:10 which says, “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness” and suddenly my fears began to fade because I realized that ultimately, God is in control and according to His promises, whatever happens, He will take care of those who are seeking Him and who love and obey Him, and at that point I felt His wonderful peace and assurance flood my soul. (The unintentional, unmistakable message is there, if you can see it.)
