These men were enjoying tea on a slow afternoon in Ulus, the old downtown part of Turkey’s capital city Ankara. Just up the street is a row of shops selling wool carpets and down the street is a row of copper workers, but right here there’s nothing to think about but the tea.
A streetlamp with a taste of France, ancient France (but i don’t confess where is). / Perhaps Balzac walked around it.
Nothing screams Classic car like a drive-in with a burger, fries and a coke … oh! don’t forget Garfield.
This piece deserves a moment of silence (no words can describe this car).
Classic car design elements in an aqua marine landscape.
When Classic cars travel through the Fusion portal and land in Hawaii.
antique trolley interior from edmonton, alberta, canada.
On the streets of downtown Sao Paulo, Brazil in the early 80’s. In this busy business district business people and shoppers intermingle and go about their day. Many also stop to have their shoes shined while relaxing and reading the newspaper or to buy goods, like at this produce stand. Image of this downtown market made into an art piece via Photoshop CS2’s “watercolor” filter. Would make a fine wall art piece.
mixed media resin sculpture / life size My sculptures are drawn from a “found-object ” cocktail of elements , assemblage that tell of man’s conflict with nature. “beauty in the beast” was featured in the group “Statues and Such”
Keep on Trucken’ with this new piece from the Damien Lasaration collection!
Mellow out next time you step out and look cool in these threads!
Matted print without frame shown on the right – it is a modern sleek look without the added cost of custom framing and it looks great on any office or home wall. Also consider a loose glossy canvas as option to flat frame as you would with normal paper prints; the texture on a cotton canvas plus the fact that the larger the print (I have personally printed at sizes of up to 1.5 meter on satin semi gloss and glossy canvas) the more spectacular it looks and the texture compliments my art and the ethereal color tone extremely well, it also blends iso200 & iso400 noise so well that it has become a preference in some photos even if I could have used a much lower iso100 speed just for the added painterly effect the grain produces and ‘life’ of the fiber texture it gives prints printed this way – definitely an option I would recommend before considering any other cotton rag matte paper when a bigger size is preferred.
