Created for the Create an exhibition poster for Make up Your Mind exhibition challenge. “Creativemums.com is a membership free network for females with a creative vision.” Hand drawn and painted in Corel Painter; outlines in pen and colours in watercolour. This is a combination of a little Art Nouveau and my own style. I tried to include a few of the Womanly endeavours of Creativemums such as painting, writing/journalism. I also included one of my poems in the drawn book. Here’s a little more about this work from the artist: “This is a Study Painting I created, it’s inspired by the heroes of an authentic tragedy which was also dramatized by Chikamatsu in 1722. Hanberi was a greengrocer from Osaka who married Ochiyo, a village beauty. There love was so strong their story became a village legend.
