A boardwalk descending into the valley in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, July 2008. I spend a lot of time walking around this city. There are so mant beautiful things to see. This is one of my routes. The lighting was perfect that evening. This image was combined and adjusted with Photomatix from 5 exposers with one stop difference between shots.

After finishing my Lolita Tako-Chan I realized I had a perfectly good dress design I was going to do nothing with…so I decided to make another porcelain doll. Also I wanted to define the term for those that didn’t know. :3 Lolita (ロリータ・ファッション, ? roriita fasshon) is a fashion subculture in Japan that is primarily influenced by Victorian children’s clothing as well as costumes from the Rococo period. Lolita has made this into a unique fashion by adding gothic and original design elements to the look. From this, Lolita fashion has evolved into several different sub styles and has created a devoted subculture in Japan.
