The “Realist Art In Oz” calendar is a compilation of predominantly full colour and black pastel, an inkpen (pointilism) artwork, and one photographic study of an exquisite feline (December). / Louise is a Professional Illustrator, Professional Counsellor (Autism Spectrum), Autism Therapist and Author from Melbourne, Australia. / Since her youngest years, when Louise began to utilize anything that could be used to scribe a word or produce a drawing, she began her many years of capturing on canvas and illustration papers the many images which captured her imagination. / Photography is another passion, which began as a young child, when her father, a Professional Illustrator and Architect, constructed a darkroom in which she and her father spent many hours developing rolls upon rolls of film and images they had taken when travelling the Australian bush and countryside. / Louise’s father was her mentor and guide regarding her artistic skills and many other facets of her life. They spent hours side by side as he imparted his superb illustrative skills and design ideas. Many of his works in watercolour adorn the walls of homes and businesses around the world. / / With this delightful calendar hanging in your home or office, Louise hopes that you will enjoy the passion of the art of realism in 2010, and beyond.
