  • One of the most frequent topics of conversation in outback regions – after a much needed fall of rain has occurred – is how many inches (or millimetres) did you get ? This composition illustrates the checking of a rain gauge on an outback property. Mud that sticks to your boots, plus an abundance of green frogs are also depicted in this original splatter texture pen and ink with wash drawing.

  • When i took this one i was like… “Man, this is MY PHOTO?”. I’ve always think i suck at landscapes, and this photograph made me think otherwise. Anyway, this lovely sky (for me is truly perfect, directly from God’s Kitchen) is from “Pucón”, a beautiful city in the south of Chile. In winter, the south of Chile is awsome (it has been compared with the landscapes of New Zeland!)

  • Once “Elements of Burberry” (as named on this site!), it has made a miraculous transformation into “Weaving Light”. I like it better now. Though I love to paint layers and layers…so we’ll see! Again!

  • in red close up

  • This 24×36 original oil painting is a depiction of one of the ferry boats commonly seen making its way through the San Juan Islands in Washington State’s Puget Sound. My husband and I have ridden many of these during our years of residence in this area. As you can see, we did a little playing with this in photo shop in order to achieve a nostalgic effect, since we miss those days of cold damp weather with the aroma combination of salt water and a steaming cup of Starbucks coffee!

  • That magic moment between stormy skies and sunshine breacking through.
