Pathway In The Woods… Autumn / Fall 2007 England. Taken at a local country park, i love the woods here, its one of my favourite places to be no matter what the weather. I love the way the tree branches curve along this forest path.. / Hinchingbrooke Park , Huntingdon . England
Taken on Scenic Drive. Carmel, California. November, 2007. There’s an interesting story behind this photograph, and #244, “Scenic & 8th. I was in a local camera store in Carmel, the manager of the store was telling me my camera was a toy because it wasn’t a high priced SLR, like he seels in the store. Obviously this annoyed me because i knew what my camera was capable of doing. So I left the store, walked down toward the beach, saw these Cypress trees, and took these shots in about five minutes. / I then walked back up to the camera store, and showed them to the manager, and the staff. They were impressed with the quality of the images. / I love my camera! I’m using the Panasonic Lumix FZ-50 That is what I used to take almost all the photographs in my portfolio. I’m satisfied with the performance of that camera. The images speak for themselves.

Acrylic On Canvas Phoebe is the baby of the trio. She’s a patchwork bunny doll with a thing for hats and caps, she is never seen without them. She wears an earring on her left ear and thinks she must be the funkiest patchwork bunny around. Her fashion theme for this summer is Watermelon :D / / You can view and buy my other “Phoebe’s Summer” creations at my Zazzle Gallery:
View from Potenciana Farm to the east. This is how Coffee Land looks after a rain. Due to the rainy season the land is lush green. This must have been the view of the Spanish Colonialists when they explores Costa Rica to get to the Pacific. / Location: Potenciana, Santiago de Puriscal, Costa Rica This picture is participating in the Challenge 2009 Latin America Calendar#2. One late afternoon while sitting and relaxing on the balcony of our room at the hotel, after a long and straining roasting day :)) at the Las Galeras beach:)), I was listening and admiring the wonderful music provided by the multiple birds in the surrounding gardens…I heard a ruffle of coconut leafs just beside the ramp of my balcony, turned my head and just before my eyes, spotted a rare sight …a green heron was just standing on a branch leaning and looking down at the ground under , luck was on my side as I had my camera close by on the little patio table , just in time to put it on the ramp of the balcony and aimed at the bird before he flew down on the grass probably to look at what seemed to be the egg that had just fallen out of his nest.
