Original: 11” x14” graphite pencil drawing on paper. / Here is a friend in Holland, I had known for many years and completed only two drawings of him. I need to get off my butt and draw more of him. This was taken after a cross country motorcycle ran.

/ in TABBY TIME group Jasper is my daughter’s kitten. She adopted him from a group that rescues pets… they take the pets they rescue into our pet store and have them for others to adopt. By doing it this way they can be sure that the pets that are adopted get their shots and get the best of care. She got him when he was just a tiny kitten and now he is growing into a beautiful cat. I caught him sleeping in a basket I use for mating socks. He was sound asleep and looked so cute , I had to get the camera out.

This is a pencil drawing of mine, that I edited on my (then) very basic editing software that came with Windows Vista. I like the mottled effect here as it reminds me somewhat of an old statue from Pompeii.
