Last Sunday I wend down to Sculpture By The Sea at Bondi Beach. The sky was amazing. It rained all the way down in the car (at 5am) then stopped as I parked. The clouds threatened rain for the 90 min I was taking photos, but then just as I was getting ready to go, a window opened up in the clouds and beautiful golden light streamed over the sculptures. The dark threatening clouds made the perfect backdrop. This image is a 3 shot HDR image. I printed this image up and it looks great in my hall… It has become one of my favorites.

The double tailed mermaid is an enchanted creature that, once seen, can cause great fortune to fall on the beholder. However, if caught, even by accident it can cause a great and unbreakable curse to fall onto the unfortunate captor… This is a sketch that turned into an ink…that turned itself into a cp drawing…That finally resulted in a computer rendition. So now..I’m done :D / My mom really liked the cp version to the point that she said she wanted it. So basically this is dedicated to her. I might get her a print at some point. :3

A3 drawing on cartridge paper with G-Tec C4 0.4 pen, which I’ve since found out draws in a 0.2mm line no wonder they take a long time to do. This drawing is influenced by walking by the Sea in Devon on a very cold wet English summer day!
