  • Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit “If you love me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever— the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him.” John 14:15-21

  • For the past week or so I have been in a real deep funk. Won’t go as far as saying depressed but overwhelmed by the feeling of unhappiness. I sketched this out last night about midnight and felt that it was worth throwing up here. I wanted to capture how I’ve been feeling and this happened to pop out. No preconceived idea of what I was aiming for and was at the will of my subconscious. As you see in the image, I am gripping onto one of the only things that make me happy, and no matter how hard I squeeze, it still feels like it is slipping away. What IT is, is not important, because it can be anything that brings you any kind of joy. And as you see, without that happiness and that “constant”, I am nothing. Along with my happiness I myself begin to slip away into the darkness, hoping to meet my happiness at the bottom.

  • This is just how I would imagine it to be…His kingdom is forever and forever.

Lora aged 11 years old, carries Princess, her sister on her back. Lora is now responsible for her sisters care, as her mum died during childbirth. It is extremely difficult for an adult just to survive in poverty, and where food and water is scarce. Lora’s aunt who was breastfeeding at the time of Princess birth took princess and breastfed her also. Now Lora must do what she can to raise her baby sister. Please pray for me and the Philadelphia Mission, as we try and help lora and others just like her. Spread the word around the world, and tell others about the work we do. • The term Allāh is most likely derived from a contraction of the Arabic article al- and ʾilāh “deity, god” to al-lāh meaning “the [sole] deity, God” (ho theos monos). Another theory traces the etymology of the word to the Aramaic Alāhā. Cognates of the name “Allāh” exist in other Semitic languages, including Hebrew and Aramaic. The corresponding Aramaic form is אֱלָהָא ˀĔlāhā in Biblical Aramaic and ܐܰܠܳܗܳܐ ˀAlâhâ or ˀĀlōho in Syriac. The term Allah is always used in the singular form; the plural form of the term does not exist in the Arabic language. The contraction of al- and ʾilāh in forming the term Allāh (“the deity” in the masculine form) parallels the contraction of al- and ʾilāha in forming the term al-Lāt (“the deity” in the feminine form)

  • The old chapel at the bottom of the hill at Monsalvat in Eltham, Victoria, Australia. Montsalvat consists of a series of unique and distinctive buildings in the European style set in over 12 acres of parkland. A lot of materials came from the many beautiful buildings of Melbourne that were being demolished to make way for modernization. The addition of mud bricks, rammed earth, the local mud stone , bush timbers, and a great deal of hard labour, Justus Jörgensen’s vision took form. A stitch of 5 3 exposure HDR’s so 15 images in total, black and white conversion in Adobe Lightroom and added in some grass to make the foreground a bit more interesting. Stitched together in Adobe Photoshop CS3 My other photo of Monsalvat here Click here for my other images of Victoria

  • Nobody in the village knew his name or where he came from. Abandoned and very sick, he came slowly to us and just sat down at my feet. My deep passion to help those who are very much less fortunate that we are burn every second of each day. I am deeply Inspired By the suffering and desperate struggle of these often abandoned children, to reach out even more to help them in their hour of need. Its not what we take with us when we die, as we shall take no wealth or materials with us. it is what we can leave behind that really matters to God. To leave clean water wells, the ability to grow good quality food, Medical care is what really motivates me. I am sorry that I seem to upload hard sometimes unpleasant images on my site, but I cannot hide the real truth about the suffering in extreme and isolated areas of remote Africa. You won’t see images of this type on Safari brochures or tourist holiday websites. Yet children like this little boy suffer so much. We can together help many children like this precious child. Philadelphia Mission [Reg No: 1049410] is a British charity working with extreme poor in isolated and rural villages in Africa. We are ALL unpaid volunteers and we with a few friends cover all charity overheads and expenses, which are small. ALL DONATIONS WE RECEIVE GOES TOWARD THESE PRECIOUS PEOPLE. EVERY LAST PENNY GOES INTO PROJECTS THAT SAVE AND BETTER LIVES Every little helps. PLEASE PRAY FOR US AND THESE PEOPLE. God hears, He cares and he answers prayers. • Please read this Message. Job 16:18 “Earth, don’t cover my blood. Don’t ever let my cry for justice be stopped”. My passion and inspiration to help the extreme poor is born from a heart touched by Gods Love and Mercy. This is Clara aged 5 years old. Clara lives in Ungwa.Fada Village in Nigeria, Recently, her mother passed away, and her Father is blind, caused by river blindness. There are many in Ungwa/Fada village now who are disabled by Rickets, River Blindness, Intestinal worm infection and other Preventable diseases. I and the Philadelphia Mission Charity, which I founded, work as best we can to help Clara and many who have no other help. There has been no clean water in Ungwa/fada Village since 2006. They only have the river water to drink. Clara is receiving medical care from us, but we are fast running out of Finance,a s we are treating many in several villages. Each day many more parents adn carers are bring the sick and orphaned to our center. We have to turn many away, because we don,t have the finance to purchase what they need. We need your Prayers, and financial donations to continue not only to care for Clara, The twins, and other children at our center, but the many in the remote villages we work in. I ask you today to please do Pray. Seek Gods direction on how he would have to help. Donate today Via our website. You really can rescue a child.
