Jean Dolls by Karin Taylor, from the ‘Asia’ and ‘Friends’ Series of cards/tees/prints Jean Dolls comes from an original illustration by Karin Taylor, the dresses were cut out and pasted on using a variety of different textured papers…..then the photo of the original taken into photoshop for some additional recolouring and texture. It’s been three months since we left home to start a new life on the other side of the hills….it’s weary journey…but here on this mountain pass we can rest in quiet, drink fresh water, bathe and refresh before we set out again…..Janis Ink and Watercolour on Rice Paper. So Lone seem the hills; there is no one in sight there. / But whence is the echo of voices I hear? / The rays of the sunset pierce slanting the forest, / And in their reflection green mosses appear.
