Last weekend we were finally together and we knew then we were meant for each other, we were together for four days, Sal and me, and I can only say this: I love you Sal with all my heart and soul, you are the most beautiful woman in the world, inside and outside!! It was the best feeling I ever felt and the best I’ve ever done when we met last week. For my Arian pal Sal. / Aries can be so creative it hurts.!! but they have to guard against not finishing things, I usually ask my Arian friends how many bags of knitting they have on the go haha. They are the pioneers, they set off in great style, but sometimes stop before the journey is ended (symbolically speaking) I always liken Aries to the great pioneers out west, they were the leaders, gathering the others for the trail, and they got off at the first stop. haha. If you want something done (or at least started) ask an Aries, they are wonderful organizers and arrangers, their timing is unique. They are steadfast and reliable. They are nice people. They are on a polarity (opposite) to Libra, and have a lot of their traits.

Another in my series of images shot in beautiful Buenos Aries. This image is fully digital and was shot with my Olympus E 300 while driving by in a taxi at some speed very late on the evening of Christmas Day. I flew from Sydney at around midday on the 25th of Dec and arrived 20 or so hours later at around 4pm on the 25th of Dec. Which I thought was pretty neat. Anyway after checking in I went out and stolled about and got some dinner at a little pavement cafe and watched all the beautiful people strolling by. Then I got a taxi to just drive me around while I shot some random things out of the window. Wonderful experience. Also I don’t want you all to think that I have an aversion to digital capture. I love digital. And I love analouge. Actually I just really really love cameras in all their splendid variety. Little light tight boxes of magic that they are. But for today its full colour digital all the way.

I shot these in Oregon, They are wild and just beautiful. We were heading east on I-84, and there they were right up the hill. They blend in with the scenery really well, but I saw white butts, lol. We stopped the truck so I could get some shots. I was very excited because this was my first time seeing them.

Arie ....the darling man….did a sketch of a NA Indian woman for me…(inspired to say the least)...and he was kind enough to let me play with the pic to create a piece from it. I thought it might be nice to go through the process with me…...so here goes….it’s not that exciting…..so don’t hold your breath :o) / / The original sketch. / / Used Gimp to smudge this into a pic I wanted to use in the final piece. / / The Colour and texture was added in Photoshop / / The first layer…a fractal…and then a second layer of the woman was added in PS along with the wording. / See…..told you….not that exciting :o)
